Gold Rush Coffee Shipping Policy & Guidelines

Thank you for supporting Gold Rush Coffee. A few things to note with our shipping policies & practices. 

Gold Rush Coffee roasts to order every Monday (with the exception of some holidays), this means we roast our coffee based on the total weight of coffee that has been ordered. We pride ourselves on fresh coffee being delivered directly to the consumer and do not roast more coffee than what is needed.

 

Our cut off for roasting is 12pm (PST). 

If your order is placed after 12pm (PST) on Monday we can not guarantee your order will ship that week, and will have to be full-filled the following week.

Orders are shipped out Wednesday's & available for pick up at our coffee shop in Eureka, CA after 3pm (PST).

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on what we do, and  roast up a great cup of coffee. However, if for any reason a you are not satisfied with your purchase of our coffee, we will either provide you with you new bag of coffee, free of charge or a refund. 

If you would like to return merchandise please review below guidelines:

All clothing must be unworn/unwashed and returned within 30 days with receipt. We do not manufacture the clothing and are not responsible for defects that might occur during normal wear and tear of clothing. Please note all clothing is Unisex sizing.
